I believe in a personalized and empathetic approach to therapy—no two clients are alike, and no two sessions should be, either. As an African American therapist, I understand the impact of culture, identity, and systemic influences on our emotional well-being.

After obtaining my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, I spent several years working in community mental health before launching my own private practice.
